Best place to go, have been for 15+ years, even drive 3 hours from where i moved to, just to get my hair done with Carol or Crystal.
I have tried going other places but always end up back at Brandy and Wine. Even after i moved back to Winnipeg it still takes me 1/2 hour to get there and totally worth it.
